By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, then you may not access our Services.
PURCHASES
Awinita will provide a platform for online sales and purchases. Each Seller will have his own Store in Awinita. The online stores in Awinita will be managed by the store owners. Awinita will provide the platform to enable online sales and purchases. Each Seller must have written Return and Refund policies. Awinita, on the other hand, is not responsible for the return and refund policies of Sellers on the platform.
Membership of Businesses
Some parts of the Service and Sales are billed on a 'Membership' subscription basis. Membership means, you will be billed in advance on a recurring basis: monthly, 3-monthly, 6-monthly or 1-yearly, etc.
Content
Our Service allows you to post, store and distribute certain information, text, graphics, video or other materials ("Content"). You, (Sellers and Service Providers) are responsible for their content or potential Copyright infringement.
If violations are observed in your posts, the Awinita platform reserves the right to block your Logarithm on the Awinita platform.
Links To other websites
Our service may contain links to third party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Awinita.
Awinita has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further accept and agree that Awinita sh.pk. shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any website or services Like that .
Changes
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a material change occurs, we will try to provide notice at least 15 days before any new terms come into effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our discretion.

The following terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and Awinita (also as "Awinita Mall," "we," or "us").
These terms and conditions of use of the Medicinal Services ("Terms and Conditions"), together with the Privacy Policy and other accompanying documents, govern your use of the Medicinal Services, whether or not you have created an account. You must agree and accept all the terms of this Agreement or, if you do not agree, you must not use the Awinita Mall Services.
Please note that we provide the Services "as is" without modification and without warranty.
If you create an account or use the Services on behalf of an individual or entity other than yourself, you represent that you are authorized by such individual or entity to accept this Agreement on behalf of such individual or entity.

Some parts of the Services can be viewed and used without an account. To have full access to Awinita Mall, you must create an account, and provide some information about yourself which information our Website will use as described in Awinita Mall's Privacy Policy.
Although there may be scientific content as well as direct or indirect suggestions from the medical staff, you should keep in mind that Awinita Mall, with its Categories for Medical Services, is not a medical service and does not take responsibility for the actions of the medical staff, but is offered to assist you in selecting a doctor, dentist or other professional health care specialist, private hospital, day care facility, etc.
These should in no way be considered as genuine medical services, but only as information, advice, scheduling and making payments. The real medical service is in doctor's offices, hospitals and other medical and day care institutions. We encourage you to independently confirm any content relevant to you through other sources.
Awinita Mall encourages Healthcare Providers to use the Services responsibly because we have no control over them and cannot guarantee the 24/7 availability of any service provider.
We will not be liable for canceled or unmet deadlines, or damages or losses arising therefrom, or for any other damages or losses resulting from or arising out of, or in connection with, the use of the website.
